Requirements
Vernon Birches is for seniors 62 years and older and the physically handicapped who are able to function independently (either fully or with the help of an assistant or caregiver). All residents must meet annual income criteria. There are no entrance fees. The reasonable monthly rents include heat, water, use of common areas, snow removal, security, plus on-site maintenance and management. Optional amenities such as telephone and cable TV are available.
